Frequently Asked Questions
What trips do you book?
I specialize in Disney and Universal Destinations. Here are the travel providers I most frequently book:
Walt Disney World
Disneyland
Disney Cruise Line
Disneyland Paris
Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa (Hawaii)
Universal Orlando
All other major cruise lines
What services do you provide?
I can help you with as much (or as little) as you want! Whether you’re looking for someone to “do it all” or just a Disney bestie to bounce ideas off of, I’m happy to help however you please! Here are some of the things I assist clients with:
Choosing your resort
Choosing your number of park days and which parks to visit
Making reservations for dining and other special experiences (Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, etc.)
Monitoring for new promotions after you’re booked, and applying those promotions to your reservation
Setting up your My Disney Experience account
Helping with Lightning Lanes and strategizing for rides (however, I do not book or manage your Lightning Lane reservations while you are in the parks)
Calling Disney with questions, if issues arise, or to make changes to your reservation
Specialized PDF guides for your vacation location
Access to me via call, text, or email
Do you charge any fees?
No, I do not charge any additional planning fees.
In order for me to help plan your trip, you must book directly through me. I will book your vacation with Disney (Universal, or wherever) on your behalf. Disney (or the other travel provider) will then pay me commission.
When you book with Disney on your own, you’re already paying an agent’s commission - Disney builds the cost into the price you pay. SO you’re paying for an agent, whether you use one or not!
Do you have a minimum trip investment?
To provide the highest level of planning support and personalized service, I typically work with clients planning vacations with a minimum investment of at least $4,000. For theme park vacations (Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Universal) I only book onsite accommodations and vacation packages with at least three or more days of tickets.
This allows me to provide the kind of seamless, full-service experience my clients expect, including resort guidance, dining reservations, Lightning Lane strategy support, milestone reminders, and personalized planning assistance before and during your trip.
That said, I understand that every family’s situation is unique. I occasionally take on shorter stays or smaller trips for repeat clients, referrals, families planning a “first taste” Disney vacation, or travelers who may be planning larger vacations in the future. If you’re unsure whether your trip is a good fit, I’m always happy to chat! And if it turns out I’m not a good fit for your vacation, I would love to refer you to an agent on my team who would be happy to assist!
Why should I use a travel agent?
Whether you’re visiting Disney for the first time or you're a seasoned pro who returns year after year, working with a travel planner is always a smart choice.
From our very first conversation, I’ll take the time to understand your family’s needs and your vision for the perfect vacation. I’ll assist with selecting the best resort to fit your budget, planning park days, securing dining reservations, and offering insider tips—from ride strategies to hidden gems throughout the parks. Have any questions about Disney? I’m here to provide all the answers!
